GF Series plastic pipe production line is mainly used in the manufacture of PVC pipes with various diameters and wall thickness in the aspects such as  the agricultural and constructional plumbing,cable laying etc.This set is composed of the conical twin-screw extruder,vacuum calibrating tank,haul-off,cutter,stacker or belling machine etc.The extruder and haul-off adopt the imported AC frequency control device.The vacuum pump and hauling motor are of good quality products.Haul-off is of different options,such as two caterpillars,three caterpillars,four caterpillars,six caterpillars etc.which are designed for different requirements.The production line can also apply saw blade or the planetary cutting type, the length measuring apparatus and thickness increasing device.The whole unit is of reliable performance and high production efficiency.Our company may apply the special configuration for producing the inner wall spiral coil and core ply blister tube set as per the client's requirement.
